Nzulenzu village is located near Beyin Village.
Its in the jomoro District of Ghana and one of the beautiful and attractive places to be anytime when you are in the western region of Ghana.
The people there are mostly Fishermen, Farmers and Artisans.

In the year 2000 it was nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it is a major tourist attraction area.
Its quite sad that despite how interesting this place is , not every Ghanian has heard of it or even travelled to experience life on water in this wonderful village.

Thanks to Bumbawoodfilms Ghana I got the opportunity to believe in possibilities.
Aside Blogging, am a full time Actor registered under this noble production and its such a priveledge to be part of the amazing cast of ThinkBack movie, which was shot right here in Ghana at Nzulenzu.

In other to go to the village you need to walk on a wooden pathway from Benin to the tandane lake where there is a station for commercial canoes and speedboats.

wooden Pathway to Tandane Lake

The main means of transportation in this Village is by using canoes and Speed Boats.
Since it was my first time on these speedboats or canoes, all hell broke lose for me since every movement of the speedboats/canoes felt like we have arrived at our final destination under the water and death for me as a young guy with no swimming skills.

Since our main motive there was based on Filmmaking, we experienced life living in this village since we were accomodated in the village.

My first night sleeping experience was terrible tho, I wasn't courageous enough, I feared every minute of my life was on a game of chess.  Maybe I might wakeup in the bottom of the ocean not knowing what happened despite the fact that people in this village have been living there for soo many years. Such a lovely experience.

Just like the speedboats it became normal for me and I enjoyed every night afterwards  and the most amazing discovery about this village is that they weren't cut of from the rest of Ghana.
It sounds funny but the main logic is despite the fact that they are on water they are not cut off from the rest of the towns in Ghana or villages which have Electricity.

How is that possible?

Since Nzulenzu is a village on stilts then its possible that electricity has also been transfered to this village on stilts.

The wooden structures according to these people are changed every 5 years to prevent decaying.
In other to reach this village you need to take a canoe or speedboat from Beyin through the forest land about a hour long or 5km to the village.

The forest land or wet swampy land is a home to various animals such as Monkeys and exotic birds.

If you love bird watching and Monkeys then the Forest land is a great place for you.

The only church  I saw in this village  is a Presbyterian church.
There is a school in the village also and one of the most amazing things I discovered at Nzulenzu is their public toilet.

Why a Public Toilet for that matter?
Ew it sounds disgusting said by one friend when I told him about Public toilet on Nzulenzu compared to Public Toilet even in some  Towns  and villages in Ghana which are on land.

Gideon Duah ( Nzulenzu Public Toilet)

The public toilet is one of the attractive  areas most people take images at Nzulenzu.
I don't know why but despite how weird that may sound its indeed a great area of the Nzulenzu Village and very treated since its a village been visited daily by tourists around the world.

After our filmmaking was complete, we had to leave this wonderful place back to Accra, the capital of Ghana, where most of us departed to our various homes.
Anyway our journey couldn't have been complete without lovely crafts from Artisans such as the "Welcome To Nzulenzo" Wooden Canoe Craft.

What I loved about Nzulenzu, was the environment and climate and also the hospitality of these Nzema people.

If you want a place to tour the next time you are in Africa, Nzulenzu Ghana is the right place to be.

Kem Senou Pavel Daryl (21)

Kem Senou Pavel Daryl is a 21 year old cameroonian student studying at Yangtze University and living in the Chinese city of jingzhou.

When he first contracted the coronavirus, he feared for his life.
He was suffering from a fever,a dry cough and flu like symptoms.

"When I was going to the hospital for the first time I was thinking about my death and how I thought it was going to happen," he said.

Despite the amid aid given by countries to it's citizens living in China, Kem Senou Pavel Daryl wasn't ready to go back to Cameroon.

According to him, he didn't want his people to contract the deadly virus.
The name Coronavirus comes from the Latin word Corona which means crown or halo.
The virus became publicly called Coronavirus because when under an electron microscope, the image of the virus looks like a solar Corona.

Coronaviruses according to World health organization is a family of viruses that causes illness which ranges from the common cold to severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV)

After been under a 14 day quarantine in his University dormitory, he was sent to the Chinese hospital where he was under a 13 days isolation.
He was treated with Antibiotics and drugs typically used to treat Hiv patients.

Kem, started showing signs of recovery after two weeks.
A CT Scan was conducted which showed no trace of the illness, making Kem Senou Pavel Daryl the first African to be infected with the deadly virus and the first to recover.

The Chinese state covered Kem's medical bills due to the friendship between China and African countries.

Upon his release from the hospital, Kem has no interest in going back to Cameroon and wants to focus on studying.

"I don't want to go home before finishing studying. I think there is no need to return home because all hospital fees were taken care of by the Chinese government," says Kem Senou

Anyway the epidemic outbreak continues after Kem's release from the hospital as many countries have started evacuating citizens from the country.

Ghana has reportedly sent financial assistance to it's citizens and is also  considering evacuation just like Kenya.
Kem Senou Pavel Daryl, still has no plans to return to Cameroon."
It would be a bad and dangerous idea. The biggest fear I had from the virus was psychological and emotional. Going back home is not an option now." - he said.
China is currently Africa's largest trading partner and the ties between the two have blossomed in recent years.

At the 2020 Uk - Africa investment summit which was held in London this year, Uk prime minister Boris Johnson used the popular Akan Proverb "all hands are not equal" as a reference to boast about Uk expertise which can never be matched with any country.

"But in the words of an old Akan proverb that I picked up in Ghana, all fingers are not the same. There is wisdom in these Akan proverb. All fingers are not the same and all countries are not the same and the UK boasts ... in expertise that cannot be matched by any other nation and that is why we are one of the biggest partners of the countries across Africa. Look at the billions of pounds worth in the deals that are being finalised just here today that we are announcing," Mr Johnson said.

According to Boris Johnson, Uk is embarking on a new future as a global free trading country.

This initiative will put people before passports and end the free movement of people to and from Eu nation's.
It will also make the system more fairer and equal, treating people the same wherever they came from.

Ghana's President His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo was among the 15 African leaders present at the event.

This year Uk-Africa investment summit was to discuss new and lasting partnerships that will bring growth, jobs and investments.

A Fall From Grace Movie Review

a fall from grace movie review,a fall from grace movie, a fall from grace tyler perry, a fall from grace cast, a fall from grace summary, a fall from grace full cast, a fall from grace spoilers, a fall from grace plot, a fall from grace trailer, a fall from grace netflix, a fall from grace actors, a fall from grace bresha webb husband,a fall from grace cicely tyson, a fall from grace crew,a fall from grace director, a fall from grace duration.

American Actor, director, producer, and Medea character creator, Tyler Perry's movie A Fall from Grace leads Twitter trends.

A fall from Grace movie stars great casts such as Crystal Fox,Phylicia Rashad, Bresha Webb, Mechad brooks,Tyler Perry with the Haves and Have Not's star Cicely Tyson.

Rumours has it that, A Fall from Grace movie which made it way to Netflix is a low budget junk movie.
Whiles others are in total defense against critics, others identify Tyler Perry as a naïveté.

Mariah Carrey (left) with Tyler Perry(right)

Tyler perry openly boasted about writing all his movie screenplay by himself.

Talking about the movie, there is a scene where Jasmine's husband arrested two people and walked away, telling them not to go away.

Professionally, wouldn't it have been much better if he put them in a squad car?

This cop is an incompetent one.

According to @battymamzelle,a verified freelance writer and critic, her biggest problem with the movie is that anyone with a rudimentary Law and Order degree from Dick Wolf could tell Tyler Perry that this movie shows entirely wrong defense strategy.
You don't dispute the facts in evidence, you explain them.

Twitter fans troll at Tyler perry after watching the hyped movie, A Fall from Grace.

A fall from Grace movie was shot within 5 days.
One scene in this movie which caught my attention is the fact that the judge had his script in front of him in the movie.

There were also other such as a man mimicking drinking water from an empty glass.

Tyler Perry's depiction of black women as jealous, lost ,broken and angry in all his movies sounds ridiculous.

Anyway, During an interview at Tamron Hall show, he voiced out his inspiration do w for his movies.
According to Tyler perry, he drives his inspiration directly from his mother, things she went through and many more.

Congrats to Tyler perry on the other hand for a great plot twist, it was amazing.

Did the duration of the filming in any way affect the performance of the filming or in anyway cost the lack of professionalism displayed in Tyler Perry's movie, A Fall from Grace.

Depression - Cliffsonspeaks

Depression somehow is much more in line with society’s notions of what women are all about: passive, sensitive, hopeless, helpless, stricken, dependent, confused, rather tiresome, and with limited aspirations.

Manic states, on the other hand, seem to be more the provenance of men: restless, fiery, aggressive, volatile, energetic, risk taking, grandiose and visionary, and impatient with the status quo.
Anger or irritability in men, under such circumstances, is more tolerated and understandable; leaders or takers of voyages are permitted a wider latitude for being temperamental.

Journalists and other writers, quite understandably, have tended to focus on women and depression, rather than women and mania. This is not surprising: depression is twice as common in women as men.

About 264 million people with depression cases are reported yearly according to World Health Organization which is different from usual mood fluctuations and short-lived emotional responses to challenges in everyday life.

At its worst, depression can lead to suicide. Close to 800 000 people die due to suicide every year.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death in 15-29-year-olds.

Depression is awful beyond words or sounds or images; I would not go through an extended one again.
It bleeds relationships through suspicion, lack of confidence and self-respect, the inability to enjoy life, to walk or talk or think normally, the exhaustion, the night terrors, the day terrors.
There is nothing good to be said for it except that it gives you the experience of how it must be to be old, to be old and sick, to be dying; to be slow of mind; to be lacking in grace, polish, and coordination; to be ugly; to have no belief in the possibilities of life, the pleasures of sex, the exquisiteness of music, or the ability to make yourself and others laugh.

Others imply that they know what it is like to be depressed because they have gone through a divorce, lost a job, or broken up with someone. But these experiences carry with them feelings.

Depression, instead, is flat, hollow, and unendurable
It is also tiresome.
People cannot abide being around you when you are depressed.
They might think that they ought to, and they might even try, but you know and they know that you are tedious beyond belief: you’re irritable and paranoid and humorless and lifeless and critical and demanding and no reassurance is ever enough.
You’re frightened, and you’re frightening, and you’re “not at all like yourself but will be soon,” but you know you won’t.

I honestly believe that as a result of my insanity I have felt more things, more deeply; had more experiences, more intensely; loved more, and been more loved; laughed more often for having cried more often; appreciated more the springs, for all the winters; worn death “as close as dungarees,” appreciated it—and life—more; seen the finest and the most terrible in people, and slowly learned the values of caring, loyalty, and seeing things through. I have seen the breadth and depth and width of my mind and heart and seen how frail they both are, and how ultimately unknowable they both are.

Depressed, I have crawled on my hands and knees in order to get across a room and have done it for month after month. But, normal or manic, I have run faster, thought faster, and loved faster than most I know. And I think much of this is related to my illness—the intensity it gives to things and the perspective it forces on me. I think it has made me test the limits of my mind (which, while wanting, is holding) and the limits of my upbringing, family, education, and friends.

The countless hypomania, and mania itself, all have brought into my life a different level of sensing and feeling and thinking. Even when I have been most psychotic delusional, hallucinating, frenzied. I have been aware of finding new corners in my mind and heart. Some of those corners were incredible and beautiful and took my breath away and made me feel as though I could die right then and the images would sustain me. Some of them were grote

Some of them were grotesque and ugly and I never wanted to know they were there or to see them again. But, always, there were those new corners and—when feeling my normal self, beholden for that self to medicine and love. I cannot imagine becoming jaded to life, because I know of those limitless corners, with their limitless views.

People with depression are encouraged to make it public so they can get the help they need. But in most cases, people who openly say they have depression are seen as attention seekers who can become shunned for such an act so this people keep it to themselves until they can't no more which finally ends with suicide and some pretend to be fine.
The thing about depression is you think you’re over it, but it’s 3PM and surrounded by your friends laughing about something stupid and you feel it, you feel the loneliness creeping in. You feel the sadness even though you’re laughing. You’re depressed and you don’t even know how to fix it.

The solution to not be depressed is not so simple as they say but i guess there's more to live for than dying. Don't isolate yourself, be happy for who you are, ask for help if you need it and don't live in the pit of the past no more. Find ways to let out what's hurting and what's stressing you by trying new hobbies. It's very necessary to visit qualified mental health personnel's for help.
Depression can kill you if you let it.
We all need to live, the future needs you.
