"Am Kofi Pascal, an Actor from Yeji at the Bono East  Region but currently reside in Kumasi Ashanti Region" he said.

 VolumeGh earlier this week had an exclusive interview with the fast and rising actor Kofi Pascal.

Kofi Pascal is a young guy in his late teens with a height of 5.2ft tall and a weight of 49kg.

He has  been in the movie industry for a year now and still counting. 

According to him acting has been part of his early life right from infancy since he participated in church drama but he started acting on screen a year ago.

Drama is great if you have passion for Acting, it enhances your creativity and boldness when been presented with a huge crowd but that doesn't make it easier when you are infront of just a camera though lol

Kofi stated that with the help of his Acting coaches Mr. Louis Lamis of liezer-legacy, producers of the most popular comedy TV series in Ghana known as Kejetia verses Makola and Daakyehene Ababio CEO of Palmbook studios, he was able to build a strong  foundation and love for the craft. 

"I love acting and wishing greatly to win Oscars in the near future" - Kofi disclosed

Since a cup must come with anything liquid or solid,prolific Actor  Kofi pascal also  loves watching movies and listening to music and has the firm believe that nothing is obtainable in this world without hardworking and determination.

In a question asked during the interview, he revealed that award winning american actor and film producer Leonardo DiCaprio, is his role model.

Kofi Pascal has featured in series and short films such as:

He admitted to the fact that he has made love for acting and that is the only job that brings out his true nature and he enjoys doing it.

"Acting is my career.

 All other things are just a side gig" he said 

Concerning his expectations for the film industry in Ghana that is claimed to be dying by reputable figures, he disclosed that his expectations are that the film industry would resurrect again and  offer platforms for young ones to showcase their talents.

He also raised alarming issues that are affecting the growth of the movie industry in Ghana.

"Our industry is dead already. There are no more investors (EP) so producer are forced to fund everything themselves which most end up producing non quality work." -  He stated. 

According to him producers should also pay the upcoming actors since they also contribute to the success of their project or the  industry.

Secondly he disclosed that most casting directors also give roles to incompetent people just because they are either a family or friend. 

Some even demand for money or sex before giving out lead roles.

Raphael looks forward to exhibit his talent beyond the boarders of Africa.

Upclose With Kobbywills, The Reversed Shaku Creator

Meet William Kwabena Ohene Asare popularly known as Kobbywills, a 21 years old Student at UPSA and a dancer at DWPA Academy.

He is the son of  David Kwame Ohene Asare (father) an advertiser and  Kareen mettle (mother) a politician.

Most of you know him as the guy with the q17 shirt who went viral last year with his reversed Shaku dance at the chalewote festival.

Shaku dance is a popular afro dance which originated in the streets of Nigeria and since then has placed a smile of the faces of people  both nationally and internationally.

I wish I knew how to do that but nothing made it difficult and more fun than when Kobbywills set his mark on it with his reversed Shaku dance.

That was beautiful and a headshot  lol.

 I could use that to battle anyone anyday 😀😀😁.

You can't get a search results on reverse Shaku dance without seeing kobbywills video either toping the list or part of it.

There were times when dancing was the least valued talent in Ghana.

Parents weren't supportive of it since it wasn't profitable in this part of the world. 

It led to fights and all sorts of arguments all in the name of "Street Battle". 

People danced for different reasons. 

Some danced to attract ladies and also to be popular whiles others did because they loved what dey do. 

In an online interview with William Kwabena Ohene Asare (kobbywills) he disclosed that dancing to him is a passion and also a form of exercise.

There is no way we can talk about dancing without giving kudos to Dancegod llyod and Incredible Zigi among others whom I term as the younglords for paving the way for upcoming ones with the passion in times when dancing was neglected in Ghana.

After the reversed Shaku dance became the most viral video on social media, much hasn't been heard or seen about kobbywills.
