Togolese international striker, Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayor has been put into quarantine by Beninois authorities as a preventive measure against coronavirus covid-19 widespread.
Adebayor Has Been Forced Under 14 Days Quarantine In Contonou,Benin.
Sources reaching VolumeGh.com this morning indicates that, the former Asenal forward was put on a 14 day quarantine by Benin authorities upon his arrival at Contonou,the capital of Benin.
Adebayor joined club olimpia in Paraguay during the winter transfer and left the country following the suspension of football activities in Paraguay.
Adebayor was making his way to his home country, Togo and then to Accra,Ghana where he has a home before he was forced to go under the 14 days quarantine.
He has however tested negative for Coronavirus COVID-19.
He disclosed that despite amid action by the authorities, he is unperturbed by the situation as he has used such actions.
