Ghanaian Award winning rapper, Michael Owusu Addo popularly known as Sarkodie, and his team have joined in the fight against the outbreak, amid lockdown by donating relief items to residents in tema.
When the pandemic strikes harder in the country, the people at high risk of contacting the virus are the less priveledged.
For this reason, The Sarkcess Music Label Boss led by his manager Angel Town Baby, has donated items such as hand sanitizers,food and water to the less privileged in the community.
“Obviously, we are in a very difficult and hard times, especially with this COVID-19 that has affected all of us,” Angel Town said in a video he posted online.
The Sarkcess music Label manager also used the opportunity to educate the public on the preventive measures against the outbreak.
Sarkodie is by far the best rapper in Ghana due to his musical prowess and dexterity and has also set a mark on the international frontier after winning Bet Award For Best International Flow.
Nasty C also speaking to Pulse Nigeria rated him as the Second best Rapper in the Continent of Africa next to M.I Abaga.
Other celebrities in the country such as Stonebwoy,Gloria Sarfo,Criss waddle, Shatawale, among others have also contributed by extending a helping hand to such communities.
